About Our Firm

25 years of dedicated immigration law practice, building pathways to new beginnings for thousands of families and professionals.

Our Story

Pathways Immigration was founded in 2001 by Sarah Chen with a simple mission: make the American Dream accessible to everyone, regardless of where they come from. What began as a small practice in lower Manhattan has grown into one of the most respected immigration law firms in the country.

Today, our team of experienced attorneys serves clients in 12 languages across offices in New York and Washington, D.C. We have handled over 15,000 cases with a 98% approval rate, from complex employment-based petitions to humanitarian asylum cases.

We believe that immigration is the backbone of American innovation and growth. Every case we take on represents a family, a career, and a dream — and we fight for each one with the same dedication and expertise.
